We collect information to provide and improve MarketCop, our features and content, to administer your Account, to provide certain Services, and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Site and App.
MarketCop works with 3rd party affiliate companies, some links on the app may be affiliated. By downloading and using MarketCop you agree you are aware some links you may use may be processed through affiliate companies and be affiliated.
What Information Do We Collect?
Personally Identifiable Information
In the course of using MarketCop, we may ask you to provide us with, or grant us access to, or permission to obtain, certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, and billing or shipping address information (your "Personal Information").
We collect Personal Information in connection with your registration to join MarketCop, and to take part in certain Services.
We also use your Personal Information to contact you with MarketCop newsletters, email updates, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. If at any time you decide you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please unsubscribe from further messages from any “Unsubscribe” function we provide, or update your Account's "Notifications" settings.
We may also collect Personal Information about you, such as your name and email address, when you provide Feedback on the Services or the App.

Non Identifying Information
We also collect other information that you provide as part of registration and your use of certain Services, such as your ZIP code/Postal Code, geographical data, birth month and day, and individual preferences ("Non-Identifying Information").
Certain Non-Identifying Information would be considered a part of your Personal Information if it were combined with other identifiers (for example, by combining your ZIP/Postal code with your street address) in a way that enables you to be identified. Those same pieces of information are considered Non-Identifying Information when they are taken alone or combined only with other non-identifying information, such as your viewing preferences.
We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information collected from other MarketCop users to provide you with a better or more personalised user experience, to improve the quality and value of the Services, and to analyse and understand how MarketCop is used.
When you visit the Site or App, regardless of whether you are a Registered User or a non-registered visitor, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends about your visit ("Log Data"). Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Site, pages of our Site that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Site or App, access times and dates, and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyse use of the App and its technical administration, to increase MarketCop’s functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to our visitors' needs. Identity theft and the practice known as "phishing" are of great concern to MarketCop. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, login password, or identification numbers, such as your driver’s license number or Passport number, in a non-secure or unsolicited email or telephone communication.
Who Do We Share Your Information With
The following list describes who we may share your information, including your Personal Information, with and for what purposes. Any aggregated information shared in these contexts will not contain your Personal Information.
We engage third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services, to provide certain Service on our behalf, to perform App-related services, such as payment processing services, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of MarketCop’s features, and to assist us in analysing how our App is used. How To Change Or Delete Your Information
We will retain your information for as long as you have an Account on MarketCop, or as needed to provide a Service. All Registered Users may review, update, correct or delete their Personal Information in their registration profile through their profile page.
If you would like us to terminate your Account, to stop using your information, or otherwise makes changes to, or delete, your information in our systems, please contact us at with your request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honour your request as soon as possible.
However, we reserve the right to retain an archived copy of your records and information as required by law, to maintain accurate business records, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements with you.
How We Secure Your Information
MarketCop is very concerned with safeguarding your information. However, we are not in the business of providing information security, and cannot guarantee “perfect security” over your information. We do however employ commercially reasonable data collection, storage, processing practices, and security measures, such as using SSL encryption, on some but not all systems to protect against unauthorised access, use, loss, alteration or destruction of your Personal Information.
We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored "personal data" (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on the Site or through the App as soon as commercially practicable, and without unreasonable delay, so long as those disclosures are consistent with (a) the legitimate needs of law enforcement; or (b) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
